A new unscripted drama series from Mark Burnett,
the creative force behind the Emmy award-winning
series "Survivor", THE CASINO will provide an
extraordinary 24/7. behind-the-scenes look at the
real-life drama that unfolds at the Golden Nugget
Las Vegas Hotel and Casino.


This lure of Las Vegas will be captured on camera
and serve as a backdrop to the story of two young
entrepreneurs who found remarkable success
during the internet boom and are now living out their
dream of owning a newly renovated hotel & casino
and restoring the glory of its "Rat Pack" heyday.
This series will offer a unique and unprecedented
window into the world's most exciting business as
our cameras wind their way into places never before
seen on TV.

At the center of the story will be Timothy Poster and
Thomas Breitling, whose start-up
"Travelscape.com" revolutionized the travel
industry. The company's sale to Expedia in 2000
made the pair multimillionaires, and Breitling and
Poster have used part of their fortune to fulfill a
lifelong dream by purchasing the Golden Nugget
Las Vegas Hotel and Casino on historic Fremont
Street in downtown Las Vegas. The two are now
betting that they can revitalize this landmark casino,
built in 1946, and return the luster that once made it
one of the hottest places in Las Vegas.

Conceived by Burnett and production partner
Conrad Riggs. THE CASINO will go beyond the
challenges facing Breitling and Poster, to explore
the personal dramas unfolding amongst the guests
and some of the 3000 employees inhabiting this
world, including cocktail waitresses, entertainers,
blackjack dealers, pit bosses, security and
management. Twenty-four hours a day, seven days
a week, this real-life cast of characters runs an
elaborate, high-stakes operation that caters to
visitors from around the world seeking the thrill and
excitement of Las Vegas.

Mark Burnett serves as executive producer. Conrad
Riggs and Jamie Bruce are co-executive producers
for Mark Burnett Productions. On Behalf of Poster
and Breitling, Trent Othich of Las Vegas-based
Insomnia Entertainment and Rob Lieberman are
executive producers, Perry Rogers of Alliance
Sports Management serves as a producer and
coordinated the production for Poster and Breitling.

Mark Burg and Oren Koules also serve as
producers on the series.

Timothy Poster, 34, and Thomas Breitling, 34, are
the founders of Poster Financial Group, Inc. a
private investment firm focusing on hospitality
investments in the Las Vegas area, and currently
serve as the Chairman and CEO, and President,
Treasurer and Secretary, respectively. Previously,
Poster served as Chairman and Chief Executive
Officer of Travelscape.com, Inc... from March 1998
through March 2000. Breitling previously founded
the investment firm Breitling Ventures and serves as
the President of Travelscape, Inc. from March 2000
to December 2001. Since January 2003, Breitling
has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
of Insomnia Entertainmemt, an independent film
company. Poster and Breitling co-founded
Travelscape.com and sold the company to Expedia

responsible for the overall strategic growth of the
company. At Travelscape, Poster and Breitling
managed more than 400 employees and applied
their industry knowledge to providing consumers
with a simple, easy-to-use solution for all of their
travel needs, with a special focus on hotel and
vacation package reservations. Poster and Breitling
propelled Travelscape.com's sales to $104 million
in 1999, from just $800,000 in sales in 1990.

Poster and Breitling revolutionized the travel
industry by creating the "merchant model" for hotel
and vacation package reservations. Together, they
turned the company into one of the largest
consumer-direct hotel room wholesale distribution
systems throughout the world. Breitling and Poster
oversaw the acquisition of the company by Expedia,
Inc... which made Expedia.com the largest online
provider of hotel rooms and vacation packages.
Breitling has served as a member of the Board of
Directors of Expedia, Inc. since February 2002.

Poster previously served as a member of the Board
